A great deal with Rabbit Tel: LONG DISTANCE (LD calls): $2.50 capped calls within Australia (3hrs max.), 15c/min anywhere, anytime within Australia, 39c/min your land line to mobiles (not capped), 15c flagfall. Incredibly cheap International rates to the rest of the world (click here for rates). LOCAL CALLS : 12.5cents per call. These rates are currently only for combined new Dial-up+Rabbit Tel accounts. Minimum monthly spend on long distance calls is $5. BUSINESS LINE RENTAL : add $4.59 to plans that include line rental if your phone is classed as a business service.

* Preselection means that your long distance, international and landline to mobile calls will be billed through Rabbit Tel.

policy:
1. There are no setup fees on dial-up accounts. We do, however, charge an administrative "cancellation fee" of $25 if you terminate the package before it has gone its full term.
2. "Download" includes ALL data transfered from our system via your modem to your computer.
3. Pre-paid "cash" customers will only be allowed access up until they have reached one of their limits or shortly thereafter. Customers who have registered a valid credit card with us may go over their limits subject to successful billing of excess charges to their credit card.
4. Hourly and download limits are measured from the first day of the calandar month to the last day of the calandar month.
5. Subscriptions are started on the day of activation of the month of commencement and run until the same numbered day of the month of finishing. ie 15/6/99 to 15/9/99 is 3 months.
6. Renewal of an account does not negate usage and excess already accrued from the first of the month.

7. Concurrency checking allows only one login per user name at any one time.

SPAM filtering and VIRUS filtering are standard with all accounts. No system is 100% effective though. You should have your own local virus filtering in place.
