Payment Methods

All payment methods are available for dial-up customers. Services that have a phone or broadband component usually require a credit card or "direct debit authority form" on file for automatic billing.

1. Credit Card.

Our live operators can safely and securely take your credit card details while they speak to you on the phone. Activation of your account is instant so you can be surfing the net within minutes.

2. Internet Bank Transfer.

If you already have Internet access to your bank account you may be able to transfer the subscription fee directly into our account. You will need to know how to grab a screen dump (picture copy of whats showing on your screen) that shows the confirmation that the bank web page will display when the transfer has taken place. You can fax (03 9419 3699) or email (payments@rabbit.com.au) the image to us. Once we have the image on hand give us a call to setup (or continue) your account. Activation using this payment methods happens as soon as the operator has confirmed your payment and you can be on the net immediately. Speak to our operators to get the appropriate Rabbit Net bank account for your payment to transfer into.

3. Deposit Cash into our ANZ Account.

You can take cash and deposit it into our ANZ bank account. The bank will stamp your receipt stub and you can fax (03 9419 3699) or email a scanned image (payments@rabbit.com.au) to us. Give us a call as soon as the image or fax has been received here in the office and the operator can apply your payment and get you on the net. Please make sure that the official bank stamp, amount and the account number that the money went into are all clear and legible on the copy we receive at our end.

4. Post In a Cheque or Money Order

Post in a cheque or money order for the subscription payment to: Rabbit International, PO Box 1701, COLLINGWOOD 3066. It usually takes about 2 working days to get to us. Make sure you give us a call two days after posting to make sure the payment has been applied to your account.

5. Direct Debit from your Bank Account

Click on "direct debit authority form" and fill out most of the details on the screen. You will need to print the form so you can sign it in ink. It's important to get the banking details right and have it signed. You can post the form, fax the form or scan and email the form to our office. Instructions are on the form. Its important to call the office (03 9235 5800 or 1800 501 106) once you have sent the form in so our operators can attach it to your record.
