Dial-Up accounts give you access to browse the World Wide Web along with your very own e-mail address. For those that know, we offer access through PPP. All connections are high speed (up to 56k depending on your modem, we support 56k flex and V.90) and can be permanent or casual.

Our membership plans are designed to meet a range of different types of users needs.

Charges are set at monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly rates. The longer you "lock in" for, the cheaper the membership plan becomes.

Our Access Server is natively compatible with Win95(98)(Millenium)(XP)(2000)(NT) which means that after a few quick configuration instructions, you can dial in straight away. We provide a local call, 24hr, interactive recorded, step by step audio service that will guide you over the phone with simple instructions.

SPAM filtering and VIRUS filtering are standard with all accounts. No system is 100% effective though. You should have your own local virus filtering in place.

policy:
1. On packages marked as a "special" in the title we don't charge a setup or connection fee. We do, however, charge an administrative "cancellation fee" of $25 if you terminate the package before it has gone its full term.
2. "Download" includes ALL data transfered from our system via your modem to your computer.
3. Pre-paid "cash" customers will only be allowed access up until they have reached one of their limits or shortly thereafter. Customers who have registered a valid credit card with us may go over their limits subject to successful billing of excess charges to their credit card.
4. Hourly and download limits are measured from the first day of the calandar month to the last day of the calandar month.
5. Subscriptions are started on the day of activation of the month of commencement and run until the same numbered day of the month of finishing. ie 15/6/99 to 15/9/99 is 3 months.
6. Renewal of an account does not negate usage and excess already accrued from the first of the month.

7. Concurrency checking allows only one login per user name at any one time.
